Well, since this was not something we have fully embraced, we have decided to put our adult pants on and start writing about the EVERYTHING that has to do with Kratus. We will post rants ( Kratus rants ) workouts news and other subject that will help us generate a better following and more engaged users.
We really hope that we have the will to keep up with this because it honestly is a lot of hard work!..
